Before you begin improving delivery processes, make sure all couriers are listed on the Manage teams page. You can also create virtual teams if you want to analyze the performance of a group of couriers, regardless of the hub or team they belong to.
The Statistics page provides quick and valuable insights into hub, city, and country performance across different periods - last 7 days, last 30 days, or a custom range. On this page, you can:
View the total number of stops and the average number of stops per day and per courier
Determine how many couriers are averaging below or above a specific number of stops, and identify the couriers with the most and least number of stops for the chosen period
Identify the days with the lowest and highest number of stops.
Export the data as a report
With this information, you can:
Identify long-term trends and fluctuations, and use data to establish benchmarks and goals
Monitor performance to ensure that individual and hub performance aligns with company objectives
Make decisions regarding reassigning couriers to balance workloads better or hiring additional staff and subcontractors
Learn how to gain insights using Statistics.→
You can visualize historical performance across multiple regions on the Delivery area analysis page. Choose the type of data to show, such as stops and different types of shipments (returns, unsuccessful, etc.), to understand the workload distribution and make strategic decisions such as:
Reassigning couriers and reorganizing delivery regions to balance workload and make deliveries more efficient
Hiring additional couriers or signing subcontractors to meet delivery targeters and manage peak periods
Adding parcel lockers or shops to reduce the load on couriers while ensuring faster and more cost-effective deliveries
