Leads analysis offers two ways to start: Upload collection or Free search.
Use Upload collection when you already have a prepared list of potential locations you want to evaluate in bulk.
The file must meet the following requirements before uploading:
Accepted formats: CSV, JSON, or XLSX
Required fields: Latitude and longitude for each location
Recommended fields: Name, address, working hours, and any other relevant details
For detailed guidance on preparing and importing a points of interest file, refer to: Importing points of interest.
After you choose Lead analysis, select Upload collection.
Upload your prepared file (CSV, JSON, or XLSX). Make sure it contains at least the latitude and longitude for each point.
Once uploaded, each location will appear as a pin on the map.
Once your locations appear on the map, you can configure the view and interact with each pin to evaluate its potential.
Each selected pin displays a radius of 2 km that can be enriched with relevant data. You can adjust the following for the selected pin:
Date range – Click Choose date in the top toolbar to adjust the time period for the data shown within the radius.
Nearby POIs – Click Show points of interest and select the collections you want to display within the radius.
Current network – Click Show current network to overlay existing OOH points within the radius.
Each pin has an isochrone (catchment area) showing reachability. To change how the distance is calculated, click the Configure tab to open the side panel and choose a distance type:
Fixed distance – 250 m and 500 m (default)
Walking distance – 5 and 10 minutes (default)
Driving distance – 3 and 6 minutes (default)
When multiple locations are uploaded, you can set any pin as the active focus for evaluation, or sift through the list:
Right-click a pin and select Set in focus. This displays the pin's radius and opens the side panel for that location.
In the side panel, use the Prev. and Next buttons to move through the list of leads sequentially.
To see all leads and their current statuses at a glance, click the three-line icon (≡) in the side panel.
Right-clicking any pin opens a context menu with the following options:
Set in focus – Makes this pin the active lead, showing its radius and opening the evaluation panel.
Rename – Assign a custom name to the pin for easier reference.
View details – Opens a panel with any additional uploaded information (e.g., working hours) and a Street View of the location.
Copy coordinates – Copies the exact latitude and longitude of the pin to your clipboard.
After reviewing a lead, you can assign a status in the side panel to record your decision. Once a status is assigned, the pin's color on the map will update to reflect it. The statuses are:
Pursue
Review
Skip
You can also add a comment below the status options to note any observations or context about the location.
To publish the analysis and save leads with the recorded decision:
Make sure all leads have been reviewed and assigned a status. Publishing is only available once every lead has a status.
Click Publish.
For each status group (Pursue, Review, Skip), choose an existing POI collection from the drop-down menu to add those leads to.
Click Publish. Matched items will be added to each respective collection.
Once the analysis is published, you won’t be able to edit it again.
