To create a goal:
Go to the Manage goals page and open the New tab.
Click Add new goal.
Select the goal type:
Company goal – visible to everyone in the company
Team goal – visible only to users whose accounts have the permission to see data related to the team
Area goal - visible to users who have access to the specific areas
Choose a start date and a due date. The start date cannot be in the past; only today or future dates are allowed.
Click Next.
In the next step, you will need to define how the success of the goal will be measured:
Select the goal category:
OOH - metrics related to out-of-home deliveries
Core - metrics related to courier performance and home deliveries
From the following dropdown, choose a metric (e.g., network coverage or number of delivered shipments). If the goal type is an Area goal, the metric will automatically be set to coverage.
Select the metric type:
Should increase to
Should decrease to
Should stay above
Should stay below
Finally, enter the target number for your goal.
In the 3rd and final step, you need to assign ownership and set visibility.
To assign ownership:
For team goals, select the goal owner and the accountable team.
For company and area goals, only the owner needs to be selected.
To set visibility, choose one of the following options:
Everyone - Anyone in your organisation can view this goal
Team/area access - People with access to the team/area can view this goal
Specific people - Choose who can view the goal
Click Add to save the goal.
The new goal will appear in the New tab with its type, metric, target, scope, owner, and period.
To edit the previously mentioned settings of an existing goal:
On the Manage goals page, find your goal.
Click the ellipsis (⋮) in the Actions column.
Select Edit and update the desired fields.
To delete an individual goal:
Click the ellipsis (⋮) in the Actions column.
Select Delete.
To delete multiple goals at once:
Check the boxes next to the goals you wish to delete.
The Actions button will activate, allowing you to click it.
Click Delete.
