Goals move through three states: Active, Completed, and Archived.
To activate a goal and start tracking its progress:
On the Manage goals page, click the ellipsis (⋮) in the Actions column.
Click Set state, then choose Active, and click Save.
Your goal will move to the Active tab. There, you will see: goal type, metric, target, progress, team (if applicable), owner, period, confidence level, and description.
The Actual column (progress) is calculated and updated automatically. You cannot edit it manually.
To update the confidence level for a goal, or add notes:
Click the ellipsis (⋮) next to the goal and select Set confidence.
Choose a confidence level:
On track – progressing as planned
At risk – some delays or risks
Off track – high risk of not achieving the goal
Add notes if needed, then click Save.
In this stage, you can still edit the goal type, metric, target, progress, team (if applicable), owner, and period. To do so:
Click the ellipsis (⋮) in the Actions column.
Select Edit and update the desired fields.
Once a goal is Active, you can track its progress on the Overview page.
Each goal appears as an individual card displaying:
The metric being tracked
The current state of the metric and its delta (e.g., ↑4% in green or ↓1% in red)
The team name (for team goals)
The confidence level:
green = on track
orange = at risk
red = off track
The progress bar, showing the range from the initial value to the target value (for example, if the goal is to increase deliveries from 3,000 to 4,000, the progress bar will show a range from 0 to 1,000)
The target and the period
Trend range
You can choose how the trend is calculated:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Entire period (since the goal became Active)
Changing the range updates the trend shown next to the current state of the metric. If the goal hasn’t been Active long enough for the selected range (e.g., a goal set yesterday cannot show a 7-day trend), the trend will not be shown for that range.
When a goal is achieved or reaches its deadline, you can mark it as completed:
Click the ellipsis (⋮) in the Actions column.
Select Set state, then choose Completed.
Your goal will move to the Completed tab, where you can view: goal type, metric, target, actual progress, team (if applicable), owner, period, confidence level, notes, and outcome.
To set the outcome:
In the Completed tab, click the ellipsis (⋮).
Select Set outcome and choose one of the options:
Completed
Not completed
Partially completed
Click Save.
To keep your goals list tidy, you can archive completed or irrelevant goals:
Click the ellipsis (⋮) in the Actions column.
Select Set state, then choose Archived.
Your goal will move to the Archived tab. From there, you can change the state again or delete the goal if needed.
To delete an individual goal:
Click the ellipsis (⋮) in the Actions column.
Select Delete.
To delete multiple goals at once:
Check the boxes next to the goals you wish to delete.
The Actions button will activate, allowing you to click it.
Click Delete.
