You’ll see this error if:
Custom icons are not in the SVG format - In this case, please upload a new icon, making sure it’s in the SVG format.
Data files are not in the correct format - Only CSV, JSON, or XLSX files are supported for data uploads. Check the file format and upload a compatible file.
You’ll see this error if:
A value is missing in a required column - Ensure all required fields (latitude and longitude) contain values. Add any missing values and re-upload the file.
Values aren’t properly formatted - Latitude and longitude values must be numbers and can also include decimals. Adjust the file accordingly and upload it again.
You’ll see this error if:
A required column is missing - Check if your file has a column for latitude and longitude. Edit the file if needed, and upload it again.
The required column labels are incorrect - The accepted column labels are lat and lng or Latitude and Longitude, respectively. Check and edit the column labels, and upload the file again.
You’ll see this error if:
One or more coordinates are missing - Ensure every location has both latitude and longitude. Add any missing values and upload the file again.
One or more coordinates are invalid - Latitude ranges from -90° to 90°, and longitude ranges from -180° to 180°. These values must be numbers and can include decimals. Edit any invalid values and upload the file again.
You’ll see this error if the uploaded file exceeds the size limit of 3 MB. You can reduce the size of your file by, for example, removing non-essential data or splitting it into multiple files (meaning creating more collections). Then, try uploading it again.
This error may appear when using the Edge browser to download the POI template file. It’s typically caused by a browser setting that interferes with downloading files. To fix it:
Disable the Open Office files in the browser option in Edge settings, then try downloading the file again. (Settings > Downloads > Open Office files in the browser)
Or use a different browser, such as Chrome, to download the template.
