You will see this error if:
There is a spelling mistake in the email address - Check for spelling errors in the email address, for example, if you have written “.co” instead of “.com”.
The entered email address is not associated with your platform account - Usually, your work email is used to create your account. If you’re not certain this is the case, ask the Admin user of your organization to check the email address associated with your account on the User management page.
There is a typo in your password - Click the Show/hide password button next to the input field to see if there is a typo.
You have forgotten your password - Read How to reset your password for a step-by-step guide.
Your new password has a typo - If you recently reset your password and cannot sign in, you may have entered the new password with a typo. Read How to reset your password for a step-by-step guide. Try saving the new password within a password manager.
