There are two ways we can collect data:
Integrating with your internal tools:
For continuous data collection, we can integrate with existing tools (such as TMS, ERP, PUDO software, etc.) through API provided by your IT team.
In most cases, the platform retrieves data once a day. This is a usual practice for information that doesn’t change often. It also applies to shipment statuses, courier routes, PUDO performance, and similar, which will be updated the following day.
For real-time analytics, APIs have to enable one call per minute.
Receiving one-time data files:
If you want to test the platform before fully integrating, you can send data files from a specific period you want to analyze. Continuous collection and data updating will not be possible in this case.

If you’re using Out-of-home (OOH) delivery analytics, we can offer third-party data layers that you might not have, such as population data or points of interest (POI).

Mily Tech is fully GDPR compliant and ISO 27001:2022 certified.
This means we employ practices such as encrypting data during rest and transit, scanning dependencies, managing secrets, complying with data residency requirements, and many more.
Once received, the platform processes and visualizes your data. You can then begin your analysis, test hypotheses, and turn your answers into action.
